Job Purpose The Career Headstart Program adopts a flexible working schedule, allowing local university students to fully utilize their spare time to gain practical experience. Upon completing the designated work hours combined with a strong performance and university graduation, grants priority consideration for a full time F&B Supervisor role, and groomed to be F&B management. Key Responsibilities • Introduce available dishes, take orders, and deliver dishes and drinks calmly and efficiently • Clean and tidy the dining area and equipment • Prepare tableware, glassware and linen for table setting • Keep menus and beverage lists in good condition • Know and understand drink lists, menu items, products and services and upsell alternatives • Assist and perform duties assigned by Supervisors Competencies and Requirements • Holder of a Macau Resident ID Card • Aged 18 or above, currently enrolled in tertiary education • Open to students from all majors of study, priority given to students from tourism and hospitality-related disciplines • Positive attitude, proactive, and strong sense of responsibility • Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
