Job Purpose: Manage the operations of the dim sum steaming station and supply dim sum products to different outlets for steaming. Key Responsibilities • Prepare raw food items that require further steaming • Prepare sauces to accompany steamed dim sum items • Prepare cooked paste for steamed dim sum dishes • Monitor the quality and timely production of steamed and raw items • Maintain HACCP standards for dry and cold storage, and clean and tidy dim sum stations • Continuously improve health and safety standards • Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the 1st Wok Competencies and Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in dim sum steaming in a high volume restaurant Knowledge/Certificates: Excellent product knowledge of dim sum cuisine Education: Secondary school or equivalent Language Abilities: Fluent Cantonese Computer Skills: Basic
