Job Purpose: Provides excellent customer service, builds on-going relationships and strives to meet / exceed sales goals. Delivers a unique client experience to develop repeat business and clients. Key Responsibilities • Optimises sales by delivering excellent customer service tailored to individual customers. • Addresses guests’ requests and recommends products and services. • Provides clients with product and brand knowledge to enhance and ensure cross-selling and up selling across categories. • Assists clients with After Sales Service questions and issues, i.e. exchanges, defective merchandise, and repairs. • Maintains customer outreach/correspondences to build and enhance relationships and drive sales. Competencies and Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a commissioned sales environment. Education: Secondary school or equivalent. Language Ability: Fluent spoken Cantonese and Mandarin; English an advantage. Computer Skills: POS system and cashiering.
