Job Descriptions: ❖ Responsible for the setup, teardown, movement, and storage of furniture, utensils, and equipment for various events across different venues ❖ Organize and supervise Supervisors and other subordinate team members, arrange work schedules and duty rosters, and provide timely skills training ❖ Execute and coordinate all matters and duties associated with the position Position Requirements: ❖ High School Graduate or equivalent ❖ 3+ years of relevant experience in venue/house setup in a 4-5 star hotel ❖ Sound knowledge of department setup policies, safety procedures, and banquet equipment standards. Ability to understand banquet event orders ❖ Good command of spoken Cantonese; conversational Mandarin and English is preferred ❖ Good computer knowledge (MS Office). Required to handle/set up heavy and large objects; ability to carry a heavy workload and stand/walk for long periods
