Job Descriptions: ❖ Develop and assist the potential players to participate all upcoming promotions, events, tournaments and offers at SCL throughout the year ❖ Obtain players preferences and feedback and use as a marketing tool when develop new events and other incentives ❖ Be able to show results in regards to bringing potential players to SCL company and be able to maintain players play activity ❖ To retain players and increase loyalty by serving as a personal contact to players ❖ Exceptional customer service skills and ensure achieve company and department goal Position Requirements: ❖ 3-8 years of related experience in marketing. Less experience will be considered for junior positions ❖ At least 2-3 years managerial level experience ❖ Bachelor Degree is preferred ❖ Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin ❖ Have excellent interpersonal, marketing, and problem solving skills ❖ Have excellent oral and written communication skills ❖ Ability to get along with fellow team members and works as a team
