Job Descriptions: ❖ Lead and manage the development and execution of casino promotions, direct offers and premium gifting initiatives, with expertise of market trend and market research ❖ To lead the negotiation and coordination with variable parties including both internal departments and external agencies on assigned projects, and work closely with Procurement team to get tailor made products, luxury service and unique experience within the approved budget. In charge of overall planning of redemption catalog ❖ Act as core liaison with Sands Rewards Service and Casino Sales team. Align promotions work flow and marketing system set up to maximize promotion ROI ❖ Develop communication plans and marketing collaterals to lift promotion exposure across all internal and external channels ❖ Responsible for configuring and upgrading the core casino systems (ACSC, Redemption System and Sands Rewards Mobile App). Optimize the end-to-end guest service experience Position Requirements: ❖ Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing will be priority considered ❖ 6 or more years working experience and 3 – 4 years supervisory experience is preferred ❖ Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English ❖ Strong interpersonal and communication skills ❖ Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team ❖ Knowledgeable and proficient in Windows, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
