Job Descriptions: ❖ Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC projects, including site surveys, system assessments, and technical documentation ❖ Responsible to conduct site inspections, surveys and provide report with necessary recommendations, action plans and follow-up with subsequent implementation ❖ Conduct inspection and T&C witness during the construction phases to ensure the quality of the project. Prepare and maintain technical reports, inspection logs, punch lists, and other project documentation related to HVAC systems ❖ Follow up the ISO requirement of SCL facility department, and continuously improve the project management process to meet the project delivery requirement Position Requirements: ❖ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred ❖ At least 3 years of relevant work experiences ❖ Familiarity with HVAC system include Air Conditioning, Ventilation and BMS control systems ❖ In-depth understanding of HVAC construction codes, IBC code and local regulatory requirements for renovation and retrofit projects ❖ Familiarize HVAC construction drawings, schematic diagrams, plans and specifications ❖ Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
