Job Descriptions: ❖ Manage Company policies and procedures related to Market Development, to provide correct level complemented amenities to rated players in all market segments ❖ Develop strategies to improve and broaden the Company’s customer database through programs that target the high-end mass market ❖ Thorough understanding of the Player Development product knowledge with the ability to analyze customer playing behavior ❖ Manage Sales Team members, delegate responsibilities and counsel Team Members in the proper performance of their job tasks ❖ Strategize, execute and analyze programs for attracting, retaining and reactivating customers, based on short and long tern analyses of customer trends and needs. Position Requirements: ❖ 6-8 years of working experience, including 4-5 years in related fields and at least 4 years managerial experience ❖ Bachelor Degree is preferred ❖ Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and good in English ❖ Have strong quantitative, business analytical, organizational and time management skills ❖ Have excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management ❖ Work independently and be self-motivated
