Job Descriptions: ❖ Responsible for the setup, teardown, movement, and storage of furniture, utensils, and equipment for various events across different venues ❖ Organize and supervise subordinate team members, arrange work schedules and duty rosters, and provide timely skills training ❖ Execute and coordinate all matters and duties associated with the position Position Requirements: ❖ Junior High / Middle School Graduate or equivalent ❖ 1+ year of relevant experience in venue/house setup in a 4-5 star hotel ❖ Solid understanding of venue setup standards, safety protocols, and basic banquet furniture handling. Good team coordination and communication ❖ Good command of spoken Cantonese; conversational Mandarin and English is preferred ❖ Required to handle and set up heavy and large objects; ability to carry a heavy workload and stand/walk for long periods of time
