Job Descriptions:
❖ Assist the Chief Engineer in monitoring and maintaining the normal operation of HVAC equipment
❖ Have an intimate knowledge of all major HVAC systems operation
❖ Work with departments in project coordination to minimize disruption
❖ Plan the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and additional project for long term development
❖ Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision
Position Requirements:
❖ Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
❖ 8 years' job experience in related area which inclusive of 3 years’ managerial experience
❖ Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
