Job Descriptions: ❖ Monitor all scope of daily operations of the store to ensure that the store is properly staffed, stocked and organized ❖ Directly assist guests to meet company service standard through resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction ❖ Take lead to drive revenue via monitoring team performance to meet budget target and maximize revenue ❖ Handling of merchandise of slow moving, over-stocked, damaged or transferred merchandise to maintain required month of supply. ❖ Manage scheduling and shift changes with available manpower resources to appropriate areas to match business levels Position Requirements: ❖ A minimum of 4 years working experience in retail with 1-2 years of supervisory experience is required ❖ Diploma/ Bachelor degree of Retail Operation or relevant field is preferred ❖ Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin ❖ Strong in communication with excellent customer service and problem solving skills ❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office ❖ Show interest and passion in basketball and sports products
