Job Descriptions: ❖ Oversee and manage the daily operation of Recreation Department, including Pool, Golf, Gym, Qube and Gondola. Ensure that vital information is shared and understood by the TM and ensure to plan well for the day ❖ Ensure that all guest complaints and accident/incident are handled by management, logged and followed up with the resolution. Ensure to conduct full internal investigations to avoid recurrence ❖ Work with all Team Members to provide the best quality of service along with ensuring them clearly demonstrate effective communication and guest contact skills ❖ Ensure the regular safety inspections of equipment and refresh training for Team Members ❖ Prepare and execute marketing promotion to increase the awareness and guest traffic Position Requirements: ❖ High school Graduate or above education background is preferred ❖ A minimum of 3 years' job experience in related area with 1-2 years of supervisory experience ❖ Able to stand for extended periods of time and able to work in a fast-moving environment ❖ Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
