Job Descriptions: ❖ Monitor the daily operations of the store to ensure that the store is properly staffed, stocked and organized, and work directly with the GSA by providing guidance and supervision ❖ Maintain the visual appearance of the store with creative merchandise displays. ❖ Work with team members to regularly review product ranges in order to suggest deletions and new items to the Manager. ❖ Directly assist guests to meet company service standard through resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction ❖ Assist Heads or Senior Ops Manager to create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance and giving appropriate and prompt feedback for team member’s growth and development Position Requirements: ❖ A minimum of 3-4 years working experience in retail and relevant field is required ❖ Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin ❖ Strong in communication with excellent customer service and problem solving skills ❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office ❖ Show interest and passion in basketball and sports products
