Job Descriptions: ❖ Provide guests with F&B Services, such as reservations, advice on ordering, and beverage selection in a professional and friendly manner ❖ Monitor guest reactions and confer frequently with servers or captains to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and comments and deal with unexpected situations ❖ Provide guidance to captains and servers to ensure efficient and optimum level of service standards Position Requirements: ❖ 3-4 years experience in a 4-5 star hotel or quality restaurant ❖ Excellent customer service ❖ Overnight shifts and split shifts are required ❖ Familiar with Shiji or E2E system is preferred ❖ Good in Chinese and English communication skills
