Job Descriptions:
❖ Provide interior design concepts and guide team members in decorating, creating gifts, and setting up venues through various materials such as flowers, balloons and props
❖ To develop and refine all floral and potted plant design in the company continuously
❖ Ensure sufficient stock of flowers to properly supply operational needs and implement good control practices to maximize turnover and minimize waste
❖ Assist in training senior florist and florist to ensure their skills and operational techniques delivery to ensure guests’ expectations
Position Requirements:
❖ 2 years or above working experience in managing floral related operations
❖ Knowledgeable in floral decoration and designation skills
❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
❖ Good communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
