We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China.我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業​機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。Job Description:Support the F&B Process Assurance team with a primary focus on the planning, coordination, and execution of F&B competitions and F&B training events.Coordinate end-to-end logistics for F&B competitions and training events, including venue sourcing and setup, equipment and materials preparation, participant coordination, scheduling, and transportation arrangements.Assist in the organization and delivery of internal and external F&B competitions, ensuring smooth execution and a high standard of professional presentation.Prepare and manage competition documentation, including recipes, menus, display tags, briefing materials, and related event collateral.Maintain accurate records of competition participation, training attendance, outcomes, and performance data to support reporting and talent development initiatives.Provide on-site coordination and operational support during competitions and training events, ensuring timelines, service standards, and overall experience are delivered as planned.Contribute to the continuous improvement of F&B competitions and training events by supporting post-event evaluations, feedback consolidation, and reporting.Support ad hoc tasks and projects within the F&B department as required.Job Requirements:Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holdersThe internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum.
