We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業​機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job Responsibilities: • Accomplish corporate sourcing strategy and identify the need of consolidating / expanding supplier base • Reduce Total Cost through cost saving exercise or improve Quality or enhance efficiency • Monitor major operation expense to alert related departments ensuring resources are efficiently and effectively applied • Monitoring of quarterly budget on specific commodities (e.g. Floral and Horticulture) to ensure the expense not exceeding budget • Perform supplier appraisal and scorecard management • Carry out supplier review and price negotiation • Lead sourcing projects. Track and communicate strategic sourcing progress with user departments and senior management • Site-visits to factories in Greater China region and beyond to inspect and pre-qualify potential new suppliers, perform quality control inspections and provide critical feedback to manufacturers to ensure compliance with product specifications and MGM quality standards • Maintain compliance with strategic sourcing policies & procedures, vendor compliance requirements, and all any applicable government regulations and requirements • Support Purchasing Team on contract management Job Requirements: • 3 years of work experience in sourcing and procurement position, where attention to detail and analytical skills were required (casino industry preferred) • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese) required, Putonghua as a third language strongly preferred • Advanced level Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficiency in a procurement, inventory and/or warehouse platform preferred • Knowledge and experience in strategic sourcing initiatives, spend category management. Solid understanding of accounting practices and theories, ability to be flexible and be multi-tasked, organization skills to function effectively with attention to detail while meeting established deadlines.  Must be able to deal effectively with all business contacts
