We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China.我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業​機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。Job Responsibilities:Assist in the maintenance and operation of fire protection systems, including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and suppression systemsCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with contractors and service providersMonitor system performance and ensure timely rectification of faults and defectsSupport statutory inspections, testing, audits, and regulatory compliance requirementsAssist in the maintenance and operation of elevator and escalator systems.Monitor elevator performance, breakdown incidents, and maintenance activities to ensure high system availability and passenger safetyCoordinate lift inspections, repairs, modernization works, and annual certification requirementsSupport troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and compliance certificatesParticipate in facility projects involving fire protection and elevator systemsJob Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, building services, fire protection systems, or elevator maintenanceBachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Building Services, Mechanical or other rated disciplineGood command in English, Mandarin and CantoneseKnowledge in PC skills and MS Office applicationsWillingness to respond to emergency breakdowns and support after-hours maintenance activities when required
