Establish a sincere warm impression to guests when they arrive and departConduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with MGM Standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfactionEnsure to have first-hand knowledge on what’s happening in town, and provide accurate and update information to any inquiry from guest or visitor in order to anticipate their needsProvide prompt, courteous and efficient assistance when handling guest request under any circumstanceJob Requirements:Male OnlyBachelor degree or above1 year or above customer service experiencePrevious experience as model or greeter would be an advantageGood communications skillsGood grooming and presentableFluent in English / Mandarin, proficient in other languages such as Korean, Thai would be an advantage
