We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China.我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業​機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。Job Responsibilities:Learn and assist with the operational activities of the Talent Acquisition teamSupport the daily operations of the MGM Recruitment Center, including scheduling and coordinating interviews, handle candidate’s inquiries via recruitment hotlinesInput and maintain accurate applicant data in the HR system, including employment offers, visa documentation, and personal information, etc.Coordinate with other HR functional teams on Talent Acquisition-related matters and initiativesSupport the planning and executing recruitment events such as career fairs, recruitment days, and other hiring campaignsUnderstand and apply MGM HR policies and procedures, and how they integrate with the HR database and systemsComplete assigned tasks and contribute to HR projects as neededWork closely with local and overseas labor agencies to talent sourcing, application screening, working visa documentation, etcAssist in Pre-onboarding induction programs and related proceduresJob Requirements:Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holdersThe internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum.
