Facilitate meetings, workshops and requirement clarification sessions with users, IT teams and vendorsSupport solution design by ensuring business requirements are clearly understoodAssist in reviewing project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change requestsPrepare and support SIT/UAT test scenarios, test cases and user acceptance testingCoordinate defect tracking, issue follow-up and requirement clarificationValidate that delivered solutions meet agreed business requirementsSupport user training, user guides, deployment preparation and post-go-live supportJob requirements:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business/systems analysisExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese / CantoneseDemonstrated experience working with end users to gather and assess business needs and translate into technical specificationsExperience in casino, hospitality, marketing, ERP or corporate system projects is preferredProven ability with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, Visio and Microsoft Project or other project management softwareSome experience with SQL language databases & business process mapping
