We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China.我們誠邀才華出眾的您,把握美高梅中國事業機會,與金獅再闖另一座高峰。Job responsibilities:Ensure efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the owner's assetsInspect rooms and Public Areas routinely throughout the dayPrepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts; adjust schedules if necessary to meet business demandsBe knowledgeable of Hotel information to confidently answer guest inquiries.Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest needs are exceededHandle guest complaints in an expedient and effective mannerEstablish par levels and monitor stock of all Housekeeping supplies, amenities and equipment. Prepare periodic Consumption ReportsProvide training and development opportunities for all Housekeeping department personnelAdminister yearly performance evaluations for all Housekeeping Supervisor; provide performance feedback to all staff; handle disciplinary problems and counsel and coach staff when necessaryJob requirements:3 - 5 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environmentBachelor’s Degree from reputable University preferredFluent in English, Mandarin and CantoneseExcellent knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, HotSOS and other operating system
