We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China.我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。Job Responsibilities:Install and support IT equipment like PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients and monitorsInstall and support standard office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe ProductsInstall corporate casino, hotel and back-of-house applications on PCs/laptopsSystems/Servers/Network Monitoring and identify the problems with the alarms/incidents shown and escalate the problem to management or 2nd level supportProvide phone support to users as 1st level supportReset user’s password based on verbal authenticationJob Requirements:Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with PCs/laptops/printers/thin clients/monitorsExperience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe ProductsRelevant working experience in casino or hotel industry will be an advantageBachelor degree preferred but not mandatoryFluent in writing and spoken English and ChineseSelf-motivate and willing to learn
