We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China.我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業​機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。Job Responsibilities:Deliver superior service, maximize customer satisfaction and respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsBuild good relationship with customers, improve restaurant image, sales and traffic of the restaurantCoordinate with staff to ensure proper services provided, considering special requests and food allergiesEnsure that the services provided in the restaurant comply with established hygiene and safety standards, and provide guests with a comfortable and clean dining environmentEnsure the cleanliness of the restaurant, including furniture, tableware, restaurant environment and employee personal hygieneEnsure the delivery of the brand promise and provide exceptional guest serviceHandle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorilyAssist to liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriateAssist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assetsJob Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurant, familiar with relevant industriesHigh School graduated or aboveExcellent language skills in English, Mandarin and/or CantoneseGood communication skills and customer service attitude, polite and willing to communicate with customersGood team spirit, good at team communication and cooperationHard-working, sense of responsibility and proactiveNeat, clean appearance with high hygienic standardsMust be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
