REQ6301 Assistant Manager, Restaurant (Open Date: 17/07/2026)POSITION SUMMARY:The Assistant Manager, Restaurant is responsible for the overall activities of the assigned restaurant / bar and ensure its smooth and efficient operation. To operate the outlet under the direction from the Manager as per the standard procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve department goals for guest satisfaction, financial targets and training and high employee morale.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Understand the Assigned Outlet service standard, the product knowledge and the management policy orientationPlan and supervise the restaurant day to day operations in order to contribute to the enjoyment of our guestsRecommend, plan and organize special events in the restaurant to enhance Customer satisfaction as well as improving awareness and profitability of the outlet.Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation. Forecast covers and revenues, while controlling relevant cost, minimize loss and misuse in order to achieve and exceed the outlet budgeted profitability.Responsible for coaching directly the supervisor and captain as well as the other members of staffGuaranteed staff to carry out assigned works in line with standard, company's rule, policy and procedure.
