Position Summary As a member of the Solution Development team, the Manager - Project Management provides high quality and timely consultancy and project/program management services on a variety of Gaming and Marketing systems.  He/she will work under the supervision and guidance from his/her reporting supervisor to proactively research, define and drive business IT-related initiatives to success. The position requires an experienced and motivated individual with the ability to utilize their talents, skills, and abilities in a coordinated and consistent team effort. Primary Responsibility • Drive key business initiatives for Integrated Resort Systems, with a vision to deliver quality solutions benefiting internal business stakeholders and the group as a whole • Oversee implementation of Integrated Resort Systems related applications involving development of requirements, functional and technical specifications of the applications • Manage 'virtual' project teams in terms of resource planning, work quality, deliverable and timeliness • Provide resource and consulting support to relevant business projects, directing the applications functionality, integration needs and infrastructure and related technology components within agreed standards • Manage vendors ensuring open and transparent relationship that clearly defines the preferential status and demonstrates a beneficial service/commercial rates • Effective handover to the IS&T Operations team of specific design and operating support instructions for both infrastructure and applications • Work in close partnership with the IS&T Partners to consolidate the strategic needs and desires from the business to identify and prioritize future initiatives Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience • 6 or more years of experience in not less than one IT discipline including, but not limited to business analysis & design, project & program management, application support, IT & business systems operations, etc • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate in English.  The ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage • Strong planning and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation • Strong leadership skills • Excellent analytical and technical skills • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Strong problem solving skills • Strong customer service skills • Strong knowledge of financial models and budgeting • Strong ability to tactfully and positively manage and maintain business relationships
