Position Summary Primary Responsibility - Provide the excellent and professional massage treatments in 5-star hotel standard- Build up and maintain the good relationships with customers- Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the foot hub/ hotel policies and procedures- Assist Managers on the foot hub daily operations as and when requiredRequirements - Minimum 3-5 years work experience in a hotel massage center- Certified in massage therapist- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays- Positive services attitude, motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills- Aspires to the 5-star hotel standard of service and care for customers
